ITT closes their Pittsburgh operation and American Telecom purchases their customer base from the ITT local branch.

American Telecom opens it’s new home office in Glenshaw, PA

American Telecom acquires Greater Pittsburgh telephone Co. headquartered in Pittsburgh’s South Hills. The acquisition adds 450 new customers.

American Telecom purchases ITC, a local telephone company of Monroeville. The purchase adds another 325 customers
