Diocese of Pittsburgh

The central administrative offices for the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh serve the entire Catholic population in and around Pittsburgh, including churches and schools in the six counties surrounding the city.

Situation:

A need to update the technology of their phone system was not the only reason the Diocese of Pittsburgh contacted American Telecom; they were also looking to seamlessly unify their multiple locations around Pittsburgh.  The Diocese sought to link their remote locations using IP wireless connectivity and wanted a centralized unified messaging system.

Client Experience:
